undelivered package

I had sent an online query in the morning and till now I have not recieved any feedback, I phoned twice at the depot and was told that I would recieve my order before 5pm as the delivery was marked my work place and they close at 5pm, also I was not given the driver's details to make arrangements to pick up from him... No one bothered to phone me, not the guys at the depot or the delivery driver to give me any sort of update and that is unacceptable.....I want to know when will I receive my package????????

This is not the first I had an issue with you guys...I had an order previously that was supposed to be delivered by you guys, the driver went to the wrong house and was just going to leave parcel with an unknown person!!! I had to go out of my way even though I paid for the delivery- and I had to pick up my parcel from the depot
