Undelivered goods

This courier company claims to deliver goods but they dont deliver them. I had an order from HomeChoice and the courier FastWay claimed to have delivered the goods but nothing was delivered at my home. When you call them and try to get some feedback as to what happened to the goods, they transfer you from one person to the other without actually assisting you. It's been 2 months now and my order hasn't been delivered but no one can tell me where the goods are. I have been calling them for the past 2 months but they cant even tell me where the goods are. Now I'm left with a bill that I need to pay at HomeChoice for goods that were not delivered. This company's service is so poor that I would advise anyone to never use it as they cant even guarantee the safe delivery of your goods. I would rate them 0 if I could.
