Unbelievable shockingly bad service!!

This is not the first time this has happened so it is obviously endemic within this company. My online order was collected by Fastway on 1st December. Online tracking shows "the parcel is onboard the Courier vehicle" at 08:29 on the 2nd Dec but was not delivered. Again it shows "the parcel is onboard the Courier vehicle" at 09:21 on 3rd December and still no delivery!! Fastway are an absolute disgrace, how on earth can they operate like this and still get business!!? Unfortunately this review system does not allow me to give 0 stars so I had to select 1!!
