Unacceptale Service

I had a package that had to be delivered to my workplace at Kolonnade Shopping centre today (08/08/2023).

I was phone by Tshepo this morning to confirm my address. He was unsure which branch to deliver my package. After our conversation he rep**** with "shup" and hang up the phone. I assumed all is in order There after i recieved a call from the depot in Pretoria who stated that the package were left behind due to the driver being unsure of the address (although the full address was dislayed on the waybill.) I was told that my package will now only be delivered on Thursday the 10/08 due to this incident

This behaviour from Fastway and their driver Tshepo in unacceptable as i made arangements for the package to be delivered before 09/08.

I now had to drive to the depot myself due the above.
