unacceptable service/sucking

I have never dealed with a useless courier like fastway couriers, Their services sucks, imagine collection the parcel from cape town to Johannesburg on the 03/08 and still on the 11/08 still not received the parcel and i called them 100 times none of them can tell me when my parcel will be delivered, I called the operational manager Lynett Hattingh which she told me to hold on and the next thing the phone is dead and she didnt come back to me.
