UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE!

My parcel showed dispatched and returned in 5 minutes. Now it's been showing delivering for 2 days. I called fastway couriers 5 times (held on till my airtime was up) and sent 2 emails. I spoke to the person delivering in my area and he said that he didn't know where the parcel is. I now don't know what to do anymore.
