UNACCEPTABLE DELAY!

Terrible Service. Our parcel has been "in transit" between Jhb and Cpt for 7 days. I have a function this Friday and I am afraid I won't have my order by then :-( I speak to agents and they repeatedly say 'it's being dispatched tomorrow' 03Nov: Cleared Customs 05Nov: Arrived at airport 06Nov: Sorting Hub | In transit Jhb to Cpt I have placed orders AFTER this one and those have already arrived from other courier companies like BUFFALO. Perhaps this courier service is driving in reverse? PLEASE HELP!!
