Unacceptable customer service !

Totally unhappy with their service. I've been waiting for my parcel delivery and been promised that it would be delivered today and nothing. First they said “ The courier had a breakdown but the parcels will be delivered today” then they said “ kindly note that the parcel will be delivered today before 6p.m" Unfortunately i haven't received my parcel.
