Unable/unwilling to deliver parcel timeously

Parcel NA*** left Witbank on Monday, May 11 and I has been at Cape Town depot since May 13 without it being send out to delivery to Bredasdorp, 200 km's away. Sender was told by Fastway that parcel left CT this morning for delivery today but the parcel has not moved an inch. VERY BAD SERVICE, be warned !
