Worst experience ever. I am waiting for my package from them all week. I was told i wud be delivered on the 23rd yet still nothing. Onlt to find out they are closed on the 24th all the way to new years. Which means my kids willnot have their xmas gifts. They dont even respond to their chats so whoch meansthe driver is sitting with my personal package throughout the festive season and chosen not to make delivery This is a an absolute disaster company and i will never use this service again😠😠😠😠
