****ty courier company

I am so disgusted with the services of this company , I received a message that my parcel is onboard the courier vehicle and will be delivered before 5pm , it never got delivered , I called the customer service before 5pm enquiring about my parcel the lady was rude as **** !!! I am so ****ed this is a ****ty courier company I do not recommend it at all
