Trying to open an account with no assistance

I contacted fastway to open an account. The email reply said that someone from my area will contact me. 1 month and 9 days later, no one has contacted me. I sent an email to Bianca de Lange who originally rep**** to my email but she also just ignored me. Guessing they don’t want my business
