Traumatic experience. Do not use them.

Still in shock regarding this terrible and unprofessional way they deal with customers. Completely traumatic experience with this company. Screams your name outside of your house around 07h00 in the morning instead of ringing your bell or calling you. Did this to me on two occasions, then this morning, the second time I decided to ask them not to do this, but then I got an extremely aggressive retaliation from them, aside from the verbal aggression the courier guy took off his mask to shout at me. When ordering items from companies I suggest you ask them not to use Fastway Couriers to deliver to your home.
