Trashy customer service

The worst service you’d ever receive from a courier service. They picked my parcel on the 25th of November today is the 30th and it is still not delivered. When I contact their call centre they keep passing me from one contact to the other with zero help. They gave me the drivers number who was rude and told me they would deliver tomorrow. When my parcel has been with them the whole day. They keep telling me that my parcel has returned back to the warehouse after it being in their cars the whole day. Sies I am so ****ed with such a **** service that I have received from this nonsense of a company.
