Track a parcel query

Purchased on bid and buy from media trading parcel was on board for delivery on seventeen December still waiting. Then tried to contact from cell phone waited more than twenty minutes had about eighty rand ran out of airtime. Loaded another fifty five rand waited again was caller number nine ran out again of airtime. Then contact work to phone they also waited for than half hour to get through was promised delivery on eighteenth December still nothing arrived. Check track a parcel see delivery was to take place twice but still nothing so don't go according to that as it does not happen no call to say will get next day or was unable to delivery. The parcel gets loaded but it delivered still waiting and will not phone to query as wait far to long is there only one person taking the great volume of queries. When is delivery now expected
