Totally useless! Not sure how this courier company stays in business!

Not sure how this company stays in business.

Absolutely useless service. And don't even try getting hold of their customer support or Whatsapp help service. (I'm still waiting for a response from both of these channels.)

First delivery took 4 days to get delivered, after receiving messages each day to say the delivery was on the courier vehicle and was out for delivery. Second delivery ... now 2 days and still no sign of the courier. Called the area driver directly and was told he had a lot to deliver and wasn't sure he would be able to deliver today. QUESTION: Why are the vehicle then so loaded that they are unable to deliver everything on their schedule for the day?

Due to previous dealing with this company, I would not have chosen them to delivery goods we purchased, but we were given no option. Won't use these guys again!!!!
