Totally useless!!!!

We've been waiting for a parcel that has been in and out of the depot for a month now. From Pretoria to Capetown, then “Someone signed” and it was delivered then it was a mistake as it WAS never delivered! Now the parcel is back in Pretoria again and would have been delivered today??? WHAT IS WRONG WITH U!!!
