Totally inept - never to be used again

I ordered supplies from a Johannesburg business, unfortunately they continue to use Fastway. Affordable is not always the most efficient. I explicitly make a note of letting people know, as it has happened often, that we live in Ladismith, WC. Not Ladysmith, Natal. This is the 2nd order from this company (Admitted to, by the courier manager) that has ended up in KZN. That was Monday. I was promised, that the parcel would be here, latest, Friday evening. Saturday, and we are still waiting. Note to Couriers, do not mislead people, at least be honest and say it is impossible to get it to you by a certain date. You end up tarnishing your reputation. But I will never knowingly use them for any of my deliveries. The worst is, you never get apologies.
