Totally dissatisfied

I had ordered goods from Temu mid December 2024, the parcel came to SA quickly and has been with Fastway since 20th Dec. Firstly the parcel was wrongly sent to the Witbank depot, then took 3 days to get back to the Pretoria depot.. I complained via email (not able to chat with a consultant via whatsapp) and was promised go get my parcel the next day. I have recieved a few notices that the parcel is out for delivery. I checked tracking yesterday after it should have been delivered then, now it says that my parcel is missing from the van. I am totally disappointed with the poor service from Fastway. I have other orders that I made after this one that were delivered through Buffalo Logistics.. I've recieved them within a week. Out of choice, I will never use Fastway Couriers again. Unfortunately with Temu we do not have a choice in who they use. Fastway... your service is atrocious!!!!
