Total ***a service from both Temu and Fastway Courier

I made an order on Temu on the 19th of December then I kept on getting updates from Temu then On the 30th of December fastway courier sent me an email saying they will be delivering then when I trackes on Fastway I saw a message saying they tried to deliver at my office work but the office was closed and it around 13:06 business closes at 17:00pm they **** on the updat and I was suppose to have gotten my delivery on the 27th this is total 💩service from both Temu and Fastway I tried calling Fastway several time with no answer is just a machine talking.. How I love Temu but working with fastway has made me lose interest in ordering from them ever again they only..Temu then gives me a R20 discount only on my next order as compasation while I spent R858 on my order and paid R196 for custom ..this is nonsense till today no update on my delivery
