Tortoise Couriers Strike Again

<p>I ordered graduation attire from House of Graduates, who processed the order and shipped it using Fastway Couriers. I was given a tracking number VA ********** 701, via email. Imagine the horror of getting this message when tracking: "Your parcel has been delivered and signed for.</p> <p>Company: ORIG TF 22/05/2017 23:00:00" when I did NOT have my goods. I contacted them - they did not respond, then I contact HOG, they promised thy had been in contact. I understand that 3rd parties are enlisted for deliveries, but that is not my problem!! I do not need this stress! Nobody is communicating... Even the SAPO would have delivered by now. I get that the price of petrol is too high, but why are they now using tortoise shells for delivery? </p>
