Too slow

Really disappointed with Fastway PMB. My parcel was received on the 29th December, till today I haven’t received it and no one picks up the phone for days and I’ve personally went to site several times and no one was there. This is really disorganizing my schedule as I have to leave the province today. Fastway PMB you need to up your game, have a mobile number at least if not prepared to pick up your landline phone. Really disappointed
