****tiest customer service ever, worst courier ever!

****tiest customer service ever! It's go hard to reach out to them, I have spent over R100 airtime trying to call them and no one picks up. My delivery has been failing, I went to the CPT depot today (spending R150 for uber) hoping I'd pick up my parcel, to my surprise when I go there it's closed, that time tbe internet and their website states that they're are open.

First time and definitely the last time using them, poor poor customer service!
