This is not a speedy courier service as advertised!!!

I have been waiting on a parcel and have been calling the head office since Friday. Spoke to Natasha as well as Kim and was promised people will call me back and no one does. This is the most frustrating experience ever. They say that the driver tried calling me and doesnt go through, yet no one has called. I have made over 8 calls to them since. I also try and call the Pretoria branch and their lies never work as each option you try, the call rings and eventually cuts off.
