This courier company sucks!

My experiences with Fastway has always been terrible I stay home whole day waiting for my parcel to be delivered. Call centre says they deliver till 6. After 5 I decide to phone the driver but no reply. Reads my messages but no reply. Now I’ll have to stay hole again tomorrow to wait. This courier service and especially the driver on the Plumstead route sucks!!! His name is Chris by the way
