this company is rude and unprofessional

this company is rude and unprofessional. they keep sending emails that a delivery is on the way for 3 or 4 days sometimes for 2 weeks and the delivery doesn't arrive. that time i have to sit at home and wait, I can't go anywhere and i can't communicate with them. the email is a "No Reply" and their WhatsApp line is Robotic. i complained many times but it seems like they take joy is my suffering
