They Stole my Parcel

They've ****** my parcel.. It was supposed to be delivered on the first of September, when I track it.. it's been received.. of which I don't know how is it possible because I haven't signed for it, instead what they did is signing with my name under receiver... When I call their help line they're telling me to report it online. So they ***** my parcel and **** the delivery and I still have to go through a process to report it.
