they should change their name to slow way, because they are very unreliable

very bad service, i dont know why they called fastway if they cant deliver on time. i have a parcel that had to be delivered on the 22nd December 2021 on the delivery date i received a call in the morning around 8am that my parcel will be delivered and it was not, following day i called asking for my parcel they said its on its way the driver will call as soon as they at my place waited and no one called until 4pm i received a call from them confirming again that they will deliver even now i am still waiting.called in again in the morning and i am sent from pillar to post.
