They prioritize bad service

Fastway couriers states on their website and when calling that they prioritize their WhatsApp line. So I tried calling numerous times regarding a delayed package, yet every time after waiting for a long time period and I am finally "1st in line" to speak to the next available consultant, the call is ended. On WhatsApp they don't reply at all when asked to speak to a agent. I requested this yesterday and just after 1 already and till now, no response, also no pick up happens when calling them.
