They have consistently been sending a disgusting, rude driver to deliver my parcels from Temu. I phoned their customer support and the woman that answered was also rude. I contacted Temu to let them know I will never buy from them again if they use Fastway to deliver my parcels . But Temu are useless when it comes to logistics. Their solution was to offer me a free item or 20% off my next purchase. Needless to say I will never buy from them again and I will never buy from any merchant that uses Fastway Couriers. They are a filthy disgrace 😡😡😡
