They don’t deliver

I am incredibly frustrated. After waiting 3 weeks for my parcel to arrive, I get an email stating my package was unsuccessfully delivered. How? No one called me? No one came to my house? I only receive this notification? Now I run the risk that they will send my international parcel back to sender? How is this reliable? I will not be buying anything again if it will rely on Fastway Carriers for delivery. It does not give me confidence that my package will arrive. Additionally, I cannot find an email address to reach out to them. Only live chat.
