They don't care.

I haven't used their service in a long time & can see why. My parcel was delivered today, but the the deliver doesn't call or hoot that he was there to deliver, as anyone who hoots by our area, we check out the window. Suddenly we hear a bang on our dog gate, wondering what the noise was, Suddenly a guy standing by the main gate, guess what, he just threw my parcel over the main gate onto our steps, I go outside, all he does is points at the parcel & drives on, like what if it was a breakable item, they don't care.
