There is nothing fast about Fastway

I received an email that my parcel would be delivered yesterday. I didn't hear from them again ,it's now day 2 .They don't pick calls or respond to the chat option on their website.

They don't pay me and I can't keep on canceling my business engagements because of them. Their customer service is none existent!
