Theft. Mr price parcel undelivered

My parcel from Mr price has not been delivered. On my Mr price app it says it has been delivered. I received an email stating that my parcel was unable to be delivered and was sent back to deport today a few hours later it says it was delivered door to door. I need to seee proof. I haven't gotten a call from anyone saying they are on the way to deliver.
