Theft and *****

The company needs to be reported for theft and *****. I have been waiting for a parcel that arrived at their depot on the 15th April 2026 and I have been following up with them their agents say that the parcel is with customs but their website shows that it was scanned in at their distribution centre. The WhatsApp number is an AI bot that is not no help.

I am going to write a review for everyday that my parcel is not with me. It is almost a month that they have my parcel at the Johannesburg distribution centre and they are not even contacting me.
