The worst. They should just close it

The worst courier company in history. The rudeness of the employees yoh!. They first sent me a whatsapp message saying I must meet them at the mall to collect my order. They also called saying the same thing. And told them that but when I made my order on woolworths app it clearly stated its door to door.

Their answer was : our policy doesn't allow us to do door to door. And on the tracking site, it was written They could not reach me just because i refused to meet them at the mall. Yet I spoke with them. They kept playing games and got my order so late. After I sent woolworths messages.
