The worst service received from Fast Way Couriers

Very bad service from this company took 5 days for my parcel to be delivered. Excuses everyday. First promised will be delivered by 10 am to which I wait and nothing arrives, than call centre says they were delayed and promise to arrive at 4 pm again no one pitched up and this carried on for 5 days to which I got fed up and asked them to return the goods back to supplier. Do not use these useless couriers.
