The worst keeps getting worse.

I have no idea who is shielding the CEO and COO from the plethora of negative sentiment and making excuses for the company’s p*ss poor service, nor do I see the value in hiding from the truth. My assumption is that the top brass are living it up on other continents while their company is being run like a joke.
