The worst ever!

I have been waiting for my parcel for almost two weeks now, the driver only came to deliver once and he claimed my phone was off, which was never off. Everyday I get the same message that they were unable to deliver when the driver only came once. You can only speak to a robot on WhatsApp. They don’t have a number where you can call them in, it’s frustrating!
