The worst ever courier company!

The Fastway drivers refuse to deliver to my adress as it is 40km's out of town. ALL courier companies deliver to my adress without any issues except them. The previous time my parcel was just left in a random drop of point, I had to drive 100km's to go and try to find it. Yesterday I was on the phone with the driver, however in stead of driving a little further to my address, he went back with my package and today I received a notification that the "delivery was missed" and I have to "update my delivery details". There is nothing wrong with my delivery details, their drivers are just to lazy to deliver to my adress. Tottaly unacceptable. I want to cry if I see my Temu parcels will be delivered by Fastway. Only thing fast with them and their drivers, is Fast asleep!
