The Worst Courier to Use - Fastway A Bunch of *****

If you are looking for a company that will have 3 different customer service agents lie to you and refuse to transfer you to a manager when you have been waiting over 15 days for a parcel dispatched from JHB to Durban then Fastway is the place to use.

I spoke to 3 ladies at the Durban branch of Fastway between 8AM and 3PM on Friday and was promised feedback by all 3... none called back, no one allows you to speak to a manager they insist to help but they are equally useless.

I got an email at 1PM on Saturday to say a vehicle is on the way, Our offices were open until 4PM, at 3PM I got an email to say sorry we missed you - they didn't even attempt to come, its just more lies.

The parcel I ordered was special light fittings and the installer billed me and arrived on Saturday and had no lights to fit due to the worst courier I could imagine handling the package... I am shocked that I was going to trust them with our Ecommerce store... I definitely know who NOT TO USE.
