THE WORST COURIER SERVICE IN CAPE TOWN, most likely SOUTH AFRICA

This is the worst courier service in Cape Town. Their tracking services displays a spectrum of lies with no contact as to when they are actually at your door. My product has been with their delivery guy twice and apparently I wasn't at home (which is a lie). I continued to wait and then saw how amazingly my package was delivered to Jason, today, 9 December 2019. Apparently, Jason works for OneDayOnly. So my product has been travelling for almost two weeks between OneDayOnly, FastWay Warehouses and the delivery guy for my area. Every FastWay staff member I spoke to was unprofessional and too tired or irritated to assist me. Now I am at home still waiting for a product that will most likely never appear. As they do not call, text, email or even knock at your door when it is time for delivery. So GOOD LUCK to those who choose FastWay Couriers because you will have an unpleasant experience with no parcel/product!
