THE WORST COURIER I HAVE EXPERIENCED

This company does not care about reputation.

My parcel has been undelivered twice so far. I can't get in touch to facilitate delivery. They don’t call me whenever they want to deliver.

You cannot interact with their communication when they indicate that there's a problem.

Their customer service reps don't pick up calls.

In my experience Fastway is the worst courier company ever. Someone doing deliveries out of their garage with a bicycle or motorbike could do a better job. They just don't care about their reputation whatsoever and I would not ever recommend them to my worst enemy.
