The worst courier company ever!!!!

I am really not happy with the service from this company they send you from pillar to post and not one person you talk to has the same answer for you.

A was sent to me on a Tuesday from Jhb, ( i stay in Pretoria ) and until Friday i didnt receive anything. after alot of calls no one can help, the one person STATES I WILL HAVE IT ON FRIDAY as they have a back log and they have 4 delivery cars out , today ( Friday 11-10 -2019 ) no package , when i called AGAIN , i was told sorry they only do delivery's on a Monday in my area. I will never use them again the main reason a person uses a courier is to get your parcel the quickest time. So what this means is , it takes this company 1 week to send a parcel via them 40km further ?

This Fastway couriers are not reliable and will not have my business ever again!!
