The worst courier company ever.

<p>If I could give them 0 stars I would. </p> <p> </p> <p>I bought a computer component from an online store. (ComX) they are fantastic and I recieved my tracking number timeously. But I could say far less about their choice of courier company. </p> <p> </p> <p>Fastway Couriers. Has to be the worst ******* experience of my life. I have been waiting for my parcel since 20/12/16 and I don't know when it will get here. I doubt it will be for Christmas. I have to inform a dissapointed family member that they won't be receiving a gift. </p> <p> </p> <p>When I put in my tracking number. All that gets displayed is "My package is on the vehicle." Well it's been sitting on the ****** vehicle since 07:05 this morning 23/12/2016. This is after my package was classified undeliverable according to tracking at the end of the day yesterday. </p> <p> </p> <p>So why not phone th I hear you say? Well by the time they have picked up the phone Jesus has returned to Earth and the day of Judgement has arrived. I have been on the phone for over three hours now in total. Over an hour yesterday. Over on hour today. To the point I exhausted my 200 or so minutes I had on my phone. I resorted to using my father's phone. I ended up sitting on that phone for nearly 50 minutes. Listing to the same ******* ****py music over and over again and the same annoying synthetic voice "you are number X in the que. Thank you for your patience." Well they close at 1700 in the afternoon. So I know my call won't be picked up now. </p> <p> </p> <p>Avoid these guys at all cost. They are absolute *******. I have been at home the whole day so there is no way they have been here while I wasn't supposedly at home. My doorbell works. And in the event I am not here (Even though I have been at home the entire day) I still have a gardner here who can recieve my parcels for me. </p> <p> </p> <p>These guys are ****. 0/5 stars. But since I can't go that low I have to give them 1 star. </p>
