The worst courier by far

If I can give zero stars, I would. Worst experience ever by a courier company!!! Absolutely disgusted with the service received. I was informed this morning that I will be receiving my parcel today and up until now I'm still waiting for my parcel. I went back on the website to track my parcel only to find out that it has been delivered. My question is, who was it delivered to???? The driver did not even have the decency to give me a call, is this how you guys operate. And what makes this whole situation even worse is that it is a Friday, I am unable to get a hold of anyone till Monday. You guys advertise everywhere, you want people to do business with you and this is how you treat clients, this is not acceptable. The depot is hopeless to deal with, after numerous unsuccessful calls made I eventually reached the automated message stating their operating hours. Now I got to sit and wait till Monday for someone to get back to me. I'm pretty sure that kids in primary schools would do a better job than these guys.
