The owner is extremely rude

I had a product delivered via Fastway couriers. They pitched up at my house without any notice in advance while we were not at home. They then left a note saying they will come the next week. Again they did not give notice of the exact day. <br> <br> I eventually got hold of someone who says he is the owner of the company. I asked him to give us at least a day's notice or better yet phone me to discuss a date and time which will suit us. Then he got very rude saying that I should not tell him how to run his business. He kept on being rude and kept interrupting me even after I told him that I don't have energy for this as we have death in the family at the moment.<br> <br> Please take note that for Fastway couriers there is no such thing as putting the customer first, nor do they have any empathy for their customers. BE WARNED.
