The only fast thing is their excuses

Please never ever use Fastway couriers, the only fast thing about them is their excuses. I was suppose to receive myparcel on Monday already, itis now Thursday midday and still nothing. Have phoned them every day and there is a different excuse every time, was promised yesterday and this morning that it will be delivered before 12 today, when I phoned again now im informed that the driver leftmy parcel behind, after being promised that they have noted that it is urgent. Is there no management there or do they not care. This is shokking! And if you want to track your parcel thelink does not work. What a joke, i expecta responce and explanation, plus, who is gonna pay for all my phone calls? You hold on for atleast 10 minutes at a time!
