The most pathetic customer service

One can not get through to the DBN branch. I tried calling for an hour and it rings for some time before cutting off. Eventually I called JHB office. Again I lined up in a que which took 15min to have my call answered. I placed an on-line enquiry more than a day ago and had no feedback as to what has happened to the parcel.
