The drivers dont try to deliver your parcel at all

Total dissapointment in the driver - Phil. He didnt drive into my work complex, stood outside the gate tried calling me but unfortunately i was busy with a client. When i was done, i called him back to which i asked that he had been gone for 2 min after calling me.. and he could just drop my parcel. He said no and then put the phone down in my ear after telling him that he is not doing his job as he didnt even go inside to the reception area to have someone sign for my package. I then phoned the warehouse/depot in JHB and laid the complaint and asked if my parcel can still be dropped today. Then lady i spoke to assured me that she will get the complaint through to his manager and then get back to me in regards to my parcel. nothing has come of it since early this morning. Now my parcel has been left on bay 4, and bay 5 and then now the driver says they cant deliver as im not available,, which is a lie, he didnt ever try to deliver the parcel. Tracking number CR***
